The kiddos minus Graycen
(from left to right: Emmi, Kaitlyn, Kara, Gracie, Taylor holding Malachi, B, Alex holding Alani, Charissa, Brianna, and Keaton)
The best of friends Emmi and Brianna looking at the PINK flamingos.
A failed attempt at a group picture.
Brayden also got to milk a goat which I was very surprised at. Emmi really wanted to but she was afraid of the "farmer" who was helping. My picture of B didn't turn out very well, but he described it as, "Well, I put my hand were the farmer said on this squishy thing...it was really gross, and then squeezed and milk came out and went into the bucket." Pretty much what you'd expect.

Graycen snuggling with his buddy Boppa.

We have pet ducks. Well, not really. For a couple weeks these ducks (started out as 2 ducks then 3 then 5 then 6) come to out patio door around 5:30 for their bread snack. Probably a very bad snack for ducks and completely not something we should be doing.

The past couple weeks they haven't been coming to our door because we stopped feeding them but they have been wandering around our neighborhood and I suspect we will be seeing some ducklings sometime soon!

Once the weather started warming up we got out right away for long walks and bike rides. Graycen, like I assumed, loves the outdoors and really enjoys watching life happen outside (wind blowing things, birds, sounds, cars, ducks...). You know the things that we are secluded from for most of the year. It's fun to watch him discover!
It's hard to believe that Emmi will be 4 next week! She is growing up so fast, I can't catch up.

B is growing as well...up. He can't wait to loose a tooth and consistently reminds me that he's 5 AND A HALF!
The weather has been gorgeous here the past few days, temps reaching 70 and above. We are all sun-kissed and B and Emmi knees and shins have gone through a half a box of band-aids...summer here we come!
