.new favorite cookie.


.Oatmeal Raisin.
2 sticks butter, softened
1 Cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 Cup white sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 Eggs
1 1/2 Cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon (or more)
3 Cups uncooked oats
1 Cup raisins (or more)


1. heat oven to 350 degrees
2. beat together butter and sugars until creamy.
3. add eggs and vanilla; beat well.
4. in a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon.
5. add flour mixture to butter mixture. mix well.
6. stir in oats and raisins.
7. drop by tablespoon onto ungreased cookie sheet.
8. bake 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.

*For bar cookies: bake 30-35 minutes in ungreased 13x9-inch metal baking pan.
