.winter photo shoot 2008.

Usually around this time of year, I make an attempt to put myself into a mental institution by doing a photo shoot with my children...alone. It always ends up to happen just before nap time. I hang a sheet (which usually gets pulled down a number of times) wherever I can get the best natural light and hope for the best. Some of the best shots are the ones that aren't "posed"! Although, I don't really pose them all that much, just tell them where to sit or stand and then i just start shooting and let them be themselves. Here are some of Emmi that didn't turn out for printing, but give a good view at her personality...

We had fun and all in all it wasn't as crazy as I had imagined it would be. But, we never did get all 3 of them together. :) We'll try again another day.
