little things...

...that make me happy.

first of all, our coffee maker dilemma has been solved thanks to my mom and dad who bought us one...and it's red :-) it's pretty sweet, and does things i had no idea a coffee maker was capable of. i'm not sure if mom and dad were really doing it for me though, i think it was to spare their grandchildren from a caffeine deprived mother.
well, whatever the reason we all thank you very much for your kindness!!

also, on the same trip to target to get the coffee maker, i not only remembered to look for a butter dish, but they actually had one. and i mean one. my butter is now much happier on it's white ceramic home complete with a lid. instead of a random much-to-big-for-a-stick-of-butter plate.
